5/11 - Summer closets are coming out with the new warm weather, so let’s take a look at our new trending items. Butter yellow is definitely this years color of summer. The perfect place to get it is Brandy Melville they are hitting it out of the park with their new pastels. Sza and Kendrick Lamar just started their national tour and Sza just realized Not Beauty, her own brand with gorgeous lip-sticks and glosses, being featured outside the concert venues. 4/27 - TikTok’s calling it: Triangl bikinis are out this summer. Thanks to new tariffs, prices shot up and nobody’s paying $100+ for a swimsuit anymore. People are swapping them for cute, budget-friendly dupes and vintage finds. Also trending no makeup, makeup. The new vibe for makeup is barely-there and glowing for summer 2025. If it looks like you didn’t try too hard, you nailed it. Speaking of summer and college coming up for my graduates in 2025, pottery barn x loveshackfancy is hitting it out of the park with their adorable dorm decor!
4/20 - Lululemon is catching the spring vibes because they just dropped more spring colors and they are giving lush, lively, and pastel. Make sure to grab those matching sets for fun hiking adventures in the warm weeks to come! Laneige just dropped their new matcha lip masks and lip balms and they look delish, taking the sephora girlies by storm. Don’t even get me started on the Tru Fru x Tarte collab, you will be seeing those new maracuja lip gels everywhere.
4/13 - This week’s style buzz is all about cool girl confidence. Aerie just dropped a new lounge collection with bright colors and soft waffle fabrics that are perfect for that chill-but-cute vibe. NYX released their new “Candy Glaze” lip oils and they’re giving high shine without the stickiness—major win. Coachella looks this year were peak with tons of ibiza tank tops, low-rise cargo skirts, and tiny sunglasses everywhere, so expect that vibe to start showing up in everyday outfits too, however looks like the 2016 tumblr girl style has a chokehold on some. And in the most unexpected crossover, Sabrina Carpenter is now a Fortnite skin. Her sparkly tour outfits made it into the game, and players are turning matches into mini concerts with her songs like “Espresso.” Fashion meets gamer girl? We’re here for it.
4/6 - Spring is finally showing up and so are the vibes. Hollister just dropped their new summer line and it’s giving beachy, laid-back, and super cute—think flowy tanks, crochet details, and pastel everything. Glossier’s new blush shade “Petal Pop” is already going viral, and Rare Beauty is teasing something major (Selena, don’t play with us). On TikTok, denim maxi skirts are making a serious comeback, and mini bags are still that girl—especially the Marc Jacobs ones with the dog painting print that somehow makes fashion feel fun and a little weird in the best way. Cute, comfy, and just the right amount of extra—that’s the mood. This weeks Crumbl line up is totally K-amazing with their collab with the Kardashians going viral on TikTok, although a lot of people feel it was a missed oppurunity to put “Krumbl” on the box (and honestly same).
